WEEK 7: m u s i c




MUSIC KEEPS THE BRAIN HEALTHY


Listening to music is good because it reduces stress 
Playing music is even better because it can improve move, increase intelligence (believe it or not), and enhance learning and concentration

Fun fact: Music therapy can help ease Alzheimer patients
Musicians have more connected, sensitive brains compared to a non-musician, musicians also have a larger corpus callosum
Listening to sad music can help you get connected with your emotions and heal.  
In general listening to music also boosts your dopamine levels!!
